Returns/Exchange Policy

We as of now do not offer any returns on the product. We do offer the exchange of the product only if the product is damaged from our side. Exchange allowed only till 3 days of delivery, opening video of the parcel is compulsory to consider and exchange.

WE CANNOT ARRANGE A RETURN PICKUP FOR YOU UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT.

Products purchased during ANY SALE is NON-REFUNDABLE. You can only exchange it with some other product or ask for a coupon code of the same value you have paid. Exchanges allowed only till 3 days of product being delivered.

If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than www.danfiz.myshopify.com, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.

Shipping policy

We ship the beautiful order of yours after the day the bag has been ordered. The order would be dispatched in 2-3 days of the payment done and the order would reach to you in 12-14 days depending on the location of delivery.

A minimum of ₹120 will be applied to all the orders.

We ship orders PAN India through Delhivery or Dtdc.
